The Manfrotto MVH500XAH 500X Fluid Head enables smooth pan and tilt with its Fluid Drag System. A counterbalance system facilitates precise control of tilt. Since it's compatible with the 60mm Flat Base Xchage, the head is easily removed or replaced. Quick release or mounting of cameras is possible using the included 501PL sliding plate. A unique lever system operates locking or sliding the plate. A single use button lets you flip between landscape and portrait orientations precisely with locks at 0° and 90°.
